Washed process peaberry beans from Papua New Guinea.  These beans are hand separated for their smaller size and rounder bean shape.  They are considered more flavorful than two-bean berries!
 
This is a medium-light roast.  Standard bag size is 12 ounces of freshly roasted coffee!
