This coffee is our current favorite. Hands down. It's SPECIAL.

This Colombian Wush Wush is from La Esmeralda Negra in Santuario, Risaraldo, Colombia.  Grown at 1,900 meters, this Wush Wush is absolutley something to write home about.
 
This coffee undergoes an anerobic fermentation in cherry and after dry pulping to bring out the fruit forward raspberry, strawberry, peach, and white chocolate notes we are absolutley in love with.
 
This coffee is so amazing, we had already decided we were going buy it based on it's strawberry notes during roasting.  Tasting is believing - we know this coffee is destined for greatness. Try it and see!
